Cloud work you can scope, price and measure.
Every service below has a defined scope, a fixed price and a number we commit to moving. Start with the audit, build what it proves you need, and keep it healthy on a monthly retainer.
One standard of delivery on all three clouds
Whether you run AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or a mix, you get the same Terraform-first, policy-checked, fully documented build. Here's how it maps:
| What we build | AWS | Microsoft Azure | Google Cloud |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing zone & org structure | Control Tower, Organizations, Service Control Policies | Azure Landing Zones (Cloud Adoption Framework), Management Groups, Azure Policy | Resource hierarchy (org, folders, projects), Organization Policy |
| Identity & zero-trust access | IAM Identity Center, Verified Access, PrivateLink | Entra ID Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Private Link | Cloud Identity, Identity-Aware Proxy, VPC Service Controls |
| Keyless CI/CD | GitHub Actions → IAM roles via OIDC | GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps → workload identity federation | GitHub Actions → Workload Identity Federation |
| Vector & AI data layer | Aurora PostgreSQL / RDS with pgvector, OpenSearch Serverless, Bedrock Knowledge Bases | Azure AI Search, Azure Database for PostgreSQL with pgvector, Cosmos DB vector search, Azure OpenAI | Vertex AI Vector Search, AlloyDB / Cloud SQL with pgvector, Vertex AI |
| Database migration | AWS Database Migration Service, Schema Conversion | Azure Database Migration Service | Google Cloud Database Migration Service |
| Application runtime | ECS / Fargate, EKS, Lambda | Container Apps, AKS, App Service, Functions | Cloud Run, GKE |
| Cost & security posture | Cost Explorer, Compute Optimizer, Security Hub, AWS Config | Cost Management, Azure Advisor, Defender for Cloud | Cloud Billing reports, Recommender, Security Command Center |
AI-Ready Cloud Migration
Get off the hardware. Get your data ready for AI.
companies running on-premises servers, colocation racks or a first-generation cloud setup, whose leadership wants AI on company data and can't get there from where they are.
What we do
Assess and plan. We inventory every server, database and dependency, then decide workload by workload whether to rehost, replatform or retire it. Nothing moves without a reason.
Migrate the data safely. We replicate databases with continuous sync and validate row counts and checksums before cutover. Cutovers are rehearsed and come with a tested rollback plan. Downtime is scheduled and measured in minutes.
Deploy your applications. Your existing software runs in the new environment through automated pipelines. We don't hand-build servers or keep snowflake configs.
Build the AI data layer. We collect your unstructured data, split it into searchable chunks, generate embeddings and store them in a vector database: pgvector, Pinecone, or your cloud's native service (Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Azure AI Search, Vertex AI Vector Search).
Enforce permissions on retrieval. An AI assistant only sees documents the person asking is allowed to see. The data never leaves your cloud account.
You get
- A migration runbook and wave plan for every workload
- Validated, cut-over production databases
- Applications running on automated deployment pipelines
- A working retrieval pipeline your AI tools can query, with access controls tested
- All of it in Terraform, in your repositories
The number we move: data-center and hardware costs eliminated, and time-to-answer on internal knowledge cut from hours of searching to seconds.
Infrastructure as Code & DevSecOps
Replace ClickOps with code you can audit.
teams whose deployments depend on manual console work, whose cloud accounts grew without a plan, or who need SOC 2 or HIPAA evidence to close enterprise deals.
What we do
Build a zero-trust landing zone. Separate accounts, subscriptions or projects for production, staging, security and shared services. We add centralized logging, single sign-on with least-privilege roles, private networking by default, and guardrails that block risky changes before they happen.
Write all of it in Terraform. It's modular, versioned and reproducible. If a region disappears, you can rebuild the environment from the repo.
Ship keyless pipelines. GitHub Actions deploys through short-lived federated credentials, so there are no long-lived keys to leak. Every infrastructure change is planned, reviewed and approved in a pull request.
Shift security left. Policy-as-code scans run on every change. Drift detection flags anything modified outside Terraform, and secrets live in a managed vault rather than in code.
Map controls to evidence. We map your environment to the SOC 2 and HIPAA controls your auditor will test, and set it up to generate the logs, access reviews and change history they'll ask for.
We don't certify you; your auditor does. We build the environment and the evidence trail that make the audit fast and the security questionnaire easy.
You get
- A production-ready landing zone on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- A Terraform module library and CI/CD pipelines in your GitHub organization
- A guardrail and policy set, documented
- A control-to-evidence map for SOC 2 / HIPAA
- Architecture decision records (ADRs) for every significant choice
The number we move: deploy frequency up, provisioning time down, and zero critical findings open at handover.
The 2-Week Cloud Automation & Compliance Audit
The low-risk way to find out what’s wrong and what it’s worth to fix.
You give us read-only access. We make no changes. In 10 business days you’ll know exactly where your money, your risk and your engineering time are leaking.
What we hunt for
Orphaned and idle spend
Unattached volumes, forgotten snapshots, idle load balancers, oversized instances and missing commitment coverage.
Over-permissioned access
IAM roles, Azure RBAC assignments and GCP service accounts with far more power than their job needs.
Manual bottlenecks
Deployments, environment builds and fixes that depend on someone clicking in a console.
Exposure
Public storage, open ports, unencrypted data, missing logs.
Resilience gaps
Untested backups, single points of failure, no disaster-recovery plan.
Compliance gaps
Where your current setup falls short of the SOC 2 or HIPAA controls you'll be tested on.
What you get
- A prioritized findings register. Every issue is ranked by severity, with its estimated monthly dollar impact, the effort to fix it and a recommended owner.
- A cost and security baseline. These are the numbers every later improvement is measured against.
- An IaC coverage score. It shows how much of your environment is actually in code.
- A 60-minute readout with your technical and business leads.
- A fixed-price quote for remediation and build work, or a clear statement that your team can handle it alone.
Why the audit makes the rest of the price honest
Most proposals are padded because the consultant is guessing. We quote from evidence. Once the audit has inventoried your environment, there’s no “unknowns” contingency in the price and no surprise change order in month two. If the register shows a handful of fixes your team can make in a week, it says so. That’s a fine outcome for us too.
Fixed fee · AWS, Azure and Google Cloud · No obligation to continue
Book the AuditA cloud that stays clean after we leave.
Most environments decay. Someone hot-fixes in the console, costs creep, access piles up and the drift goes unnoticed until an incident or an audit. Our monthly retainer keeps the environment in the state we handed over and keeps improving it.
Every month, included
- Monitoring and alert triage. Real issues get worked; noise gets tuned out.
- Patching and image updates on a published schedule.
- Cost review and rightsizing. We review every line of the bill and implement the savings, not just recommend them.
- Commitment management. We cover Savings Plans and Reserved Instances on AWS, reservations and savings plans on Azure, and committed use discounts on Google Cloud, so you stop paying on-demand rates for steady workloads.
- Infrastructure changes through pull requests. New environments, access requests and config changes all go through Terraform.
- Drift detection and remediation. Anything changed outside code gets caught and corrected.
- Backup restore tests. We prove the backups work instead of assuming they do.
- Quarterly access reviews and compliance evidence collection, ready for your auditor.
- A monthly one-page report showing spend against baseline, changes shipped, findings closed and what’s next.
How it’s priced
A fixed monthly fee, scoped to the number of environments and accounts we manage. There’s no hourly meter and no surprise invoice. Response targets are written into your service agreement before you sign.
