Our policy
Talogen Systems LLC is an equal opportunity company. We make decisions about employment, contracting and placement based on qualifications, merit and business need, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
This applies to every stage of our relationship with candidates, contractors and employees: sourcing, screening, interviewing, submission to clients, placement, rates and pay, assignment, training, and ending an engagement. It also prohibits harassment and retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or takes part in an investigation.
In our placements
- We screen candidates against the technical requirements of the role, using structured assessments run by practising architects.
- We will not act on a client request to include or exclude candidates based on a protected characteristic, and we will decline the engagement if necessary.
- We ask about work authorization only to confirm eligibility for a specific role, and we do so consistently for every candidate submitted to that role.
Reasonable accommodation
If you have a disability and need an adjustment to take part in our screening or interview process — or to use this website — contact us at [email protected] or +1 (380) 206-8096 (TTY users can dial 711). Tell us what would help; you don’t need to disclose a diagnosis. Requests are handled confidentially and won’t affect how your candidacy is evaluated. See also our Accessibility Statement.
Raising a concern
If you believe you have been treated unfairly in any interaction with us or with a client we placed you with, please tell us at [email protected]. We will look into it promptly and confidentially. You may also contact the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, or the civil rights agency in the state where you work.
